The Business Soul Speaks

What if your business isn’t just a brand or a structure — but a being?

A living, breathing consciousness that chose you as its partner. Not by accident, but by resonance. Because you carry the frequency, the lived experience, and the soul codes that allow it to come to life.

Your business, like you, has a mission — a purpose encoded within it — and when we begin to listen instead of control, something profound begins to unfold.

I didn’t always know my business had a soul. But several years ago, while training in the Akashic Records, I was introduced to an image that forever changed how I relate to the work I do. The teacher described the energetic connection between a founder and their business as an infinity loop — an endless current of creative energy, insight, and purpose flowing back and forth between the two. Not a one-way output, but a reciprocal co-creation.

Something about that landed so deeply. I began to feel — truly feel — the presence of the business as a living partner. Not just a reflection of my ideas or efforts, but a conscious entity with its own desires, timing, and voice. I started to relate to it differently. Not as something I had to manage or grow by force, but as something I could collaborate with. A sacred being, here to co-create and serve alongside me.

From that moment, I began to include my business in everything. I’d sit down and ask, “What wants to come through us next? What are you here to create? What’s aligned for this moment?” Sometimes the answers came in words, sometimes in a clear sensation, sometimes in silence that softened me into stillness long enough to receive a deeper truth.

The business began to reveal itself — not just as a vehicle for my mission, but as a mission of its own, with an identity that was both distinct from and intertwined with mine.

This is the shift I believe many of us are being called into. A movement from ownership to stewardship. From “What do I want to build?” to “What wants to be built through me?” It's not about abdicating vision or responsibility — it's about honoring the relationship. The business speaks, and when we make space to hear it, the direction becomes so much clearer.

The voice of the business may be subtle at first. Like a friendship, it takes time to build trust. You may hear it through symbols, dreams, nudges, resistance, synchronicities — all of which invite you to tune in rather than power through. And once that relationship is built, once the connection is real, something shifts.

Clarity arises. The next right steps become obvious. And the energy that moves through the business becomes magnetic — calling in exactly those it’s here to support.

Of course, this way of being is not always easy. It asks us to release control, to loosen our grip on timelines and expectations. It asks us to pause when we’d rather push, to listen when we’re used to leading. But the payoff is a business that breathes — one that is rich with purpose, alive with momentum, and deeply in service not just to others, but to you as well. The soul of the business supports your soul, even as you steward its expression.

I no longer see myself as just a founder or CEO. I am a guardian. A translator. A channel. A partner. My job is to listen, to attune, and to allow the business to become what it came here to be — not just what I think it should be.

Final Thoughts

So, I leave you with this:

🌿 What is your business trying to tell you today?

🌿 If you slowed down… if you invited it to the table… if you softened just enough to hear — what might it say?

The business soul is always speaking. And when we lean in and listen, the path becomes sacred. The work becomes alive. And our impact becomes inevitable.
