Use of this website and all n2gether LLC services is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

By accessing our website, booking a session or program, or engaging in a project with n2gether LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. General Website Terms

Use of Website

This website and its content are owned and operated by n2gether LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

All materials including text, images, graphics, logos, and downloads are the property of n2gether LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

Disclaimer

All information provided by n2gether LLC is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic matters.

You are fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on this information.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment systems. By submitting payment, you authorize n2gether LLC to charge the total amount for the selected service, project or program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Wyoming.

2. Terms & Conditions – Sessions

By booking a single or multi-session engagement with n2gether LLC, you agree to the following:

Payment: Due in full at the time of booking. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 36 hours in advance using your confirmation email or by contacting nrush@n2gether.co.
Late changes: In cases of emergency within 24 hours of the scheduled session, rescheduling is at n2gether LLC’s discretion.
Limits: Sessions may be rescheduled no more than two (2) times. After the second reschedule, the session will be cancelled without refund.
Scope of Services: n2gether LLC and its representatives are not agents, accountants, financial planners, lawyers, therapists, or doctors. Guidance provided is educational and developmental, not a substitute for professional advice.
Results: No guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made regarding outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
Conduct: n2gether LLC reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if a client becomes disruptive or violates these terms.

3. Terms & Conditions – Projects

By engaging in any project with n2gether LLC, you agree to the following:

Payment: Full payment is required before work begins. All payments are final.
Scope: Any additional work outside the defined project scope will be quoted and agreed upon separately.
Adjustments: If the project scope is larger or more complex than initially expected, n2gether LLC may adjust the fee with notice before completion.
Advisory Nature: All guidance provided is educational and developmental. You are solely responsible for implementing recommendations and results.
Liability: n2gether LLC makes no guarantees and limits liability to the amount paid.
Termination: n2gether LLC may terminate the project without refund if a client is disruptive or violates these terms.

4. Terms & Conditions – Programs

By enrolling in any n2gether LLC program (group or private), you agree to the following:

Payments: Participation begins upon receipt of payment or the first installment in a payment plan. All payments are non-refundable once the program begins.
Payment Plans: Plans must be completed as agreed. Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access until the account is current.
Materials: All program content, recordings, and resources are proprietary to n2gether LLC and provided for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing is prohibited.
Results: Outcomes depend on your individual participation and effort. No specific results are guaranteed.
Community: Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and respectful engagement. n2gether LLC may remove any participant who disrupts the experience.
Program Agreements: Some programs may include a separate agreement with additional terms. By enrolling, you agree to both this document and any program-specific agreement provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, frameworks, and resources created by n2gether LLC remain the intellectual property of n2gether LLC and its founder, Nancy Rush.

You may not copy, share, modify, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

6. Testimonials and Recordings

By participating in any session, project, or program, you grant n2gether LLC permission to use written testimonials or anonymized feedback for marketing or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

All recordings and related materials remain the property of n2gether LLC and may not be shared publicly.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall n2gether LLC, its employees, contractors, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any session, project, program, or use of materials.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to n2gether LLC.

8. Force Majeure

n2gether LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, or internet/service interruptions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, enrolling, or submitting payment through this website or via direct communication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
